All our rings come in an average size that can be easily resized by any jeweller. You can find your ring size by looking up a ring measurement and size chart, wrapping a piece of string loosely around your finger and then measuring the strings length.

We offer a 14-day grace period for returns of items that full under our wear and tear policy or as per approval by customer service.

Yes! All our pink sapphires are natural certified Madagascan sapphires, ethically mined and sourced.

- Please remove jewellery during strenuous activities such as working out, playing sport or lifting heavy items. - Please never wear your jewellery in a pool or spa or around any harsh cleaning chemicals. - Clean your jewellery regularly – at home and professionally, recommended once a month. This will rid any build-up of dirt or oil that may block or dull the lights interactions with the stone. - Polish your jewellery on a semi regular basis, every 3 – 5 years, to avoid over polishing that can result in wearing the gold metal down. - We also recommend routinely getting the rings prongs and setting checked, annually. - While our sapphires and diamonds are of the hardest natural stones, remember they are still precious and require care to maintain brilliance and sparkle.

Yes! Shipping insurance is included with all orders.

Our first drop is exclusively pink, however, for future drops we will have an array of different sapphire colours, ranging from our original pink to green, teal, blue, yellow, orange and everything in between.

1. Place item into a bowl of lukewarm water. 2. Add a few drops of gentle dishwashing soap. 3. Let it sit for a few minutes or even overnight. 4. Then gently scrub the stone and setting basket with a soft bristled toothbrush. 5. Rinse and pat or blow dry. 6. Always cover your drain!
