Return Policy

• We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery of your item.

• If you are not happy with an item purchased online, (*Unhappy with an item for reasons of colour misrepresentation, size misrepresentation or advertising fault/error) please contact us immediately at info@otherhalfjewellers.com.au for instructions on returning or exchanging your item.

• To return an item, it must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging.

• Upon packing each item, they are thoroughly inspected and documented, upon receiving your item, we encourage you to also do the same.

*All advertisement is true colour with no colour editing.

Wear & Tear Policy (covered by warranty)

• If a stone becomes loose.

• If a stone pops out (not including stones that have fallen out and lost).

• If an item is delivered already damaged (covered by shipping insurance).

• If an error has occurred in the advertisement.

 

Warranty

• We offer a 1-year warranty for all items that fall under our wear and tear policy.

• Item defects that don’t fall under our wear and tear policy, are things such as, misshapen

• bands, bent or broken prongs, or visible chips on the remaining stone. These defects suggest the jewellery item has been worn during strenuous activity, neglectful of our specific care instructions.

• Warranty is void if the item is altered by another jeweller
